AfCAA Leadership Transition (Executive Director & Board Chairperson)

AfCAA Leadership Transition

On September 26, 2025, AfCAA marked a significant leadership transition event that signals a new era of growth and continuity. After three dedicated years as Executive Director, Michael Wamache has officially handed over leadership to Pauline Kamau, who has been a valued member of AfCAA as an assessor for several years. Michael’s firm commitment to advancing AfCAA’s mission of promoting accountability across Africa has left an indelible mark, enabling the organization to expand partnerships and support Christian organizations in upholding biblical standards of integrity.

Pauline brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of AfCAA’s vision, making her well-equipped to lead the organization forward. Her previous role as an assessor involved guiding organizations toward strengthened integrity and biblical accountability, and her appointment as Executive Director reflects both her extensive commitment to AfCAA and faith in its mission.

As we usher in this new chapter, we want to express our gratitude to Michael for his invaluable contributions and to welcome Pauline into her new role. Together with the Board Chairperson, this transition embodies a spirit of continuity, integrity, and renewed energy for the future. We invite everyone to join us in celebrating Michael’s legacy and to support Pauline as she leads AfCAA into a bright new season of growth and impact.
