AfCAA conducted a successful two-day training on Standard 3: Talent Management, titled “HR Management in Changing Times.” The training was attended by 13 participants, and it covered various aspects of the HR field such as recruiting for success and mentorship for growth The attendees gained valuable expertise from an experienced HR professional and were left equipped with practical tools to better manage their teams and foster talent within their ministries. The training sessions included also included group discussions which provided a comprehensive learning experience.
