AfCAA Joins Rose Women Foundation’s Annual Pitch Competition 2024

AfCAA was honored to participate in the Annual Pitch Competition 2024, hosted by the Rose Women Foundation on November 8th at Redeemed Gospel Church in Huruma. This event marked the culmination of a year-long training program conducted for female entrepreneurs.

Six exceptional women pitched their businesses, showcasing their journeys toward economic independence and community impact. The event concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing three women who demonstrated a strong understanding of their businesses and their customers’ needs, each receiving cash prizes.

Michael Wamache, AfCAA’s Ag. Executive Director, was invited to serve as a judge, lending his expertise to evaluate impactful business ideas. This collaboration with the Rose Women Foundation aligns with AfCAA’s commitment to accountability, excellence, and development of Christian organizations.

The Rose Women Foundation is dedicated to empowering faith-driven female entrepreneurs to combat poverty, impacting over 10,000 women and children in 2023 alone.
