AfCAA conducted a training for the Explore managers at George Whitefield College in June 2024. The training focused on “Enhancing Managerial Effectiveness” to help the participants improve their teamwork and systems as they collaborate from different African countries. Various training sessions were conducted, including those on management and communication skills, to help the participants better understand each other as they work together to achieve their goal of developing a new training program that will be used across Africa to spread the Word of God.
