Impact: Improved Operational Efficiency

“We have been undergoing Global and National restructuring that have changed our organisational dynamics. We’re now settling down. Apart from observing government processes and carrying out external financial audit, our relationship with AfCAA is the first exposure we have to an outside organisation “scrutinising” our systems, processes and giving us feedback”

Global Trust Partners’ Partnerships with AfCAA

GTP (Global Trust Partners) organized conferences in various parts of the continent namely, Kenya, Togo, Zambia, Benin, and Côte d’Ivoire in the months of February and March respectively.

The purpose of the conferences was to build bonds for regional collaboration and facilitate Stations of Generosity and Journey of Empowerment training for regional replication. AfCAA works with GTP to Communicate the global standards vision, and the AfCAA standards and point other ministries to AfCAA for ministry accreditation

In Kenya, the GTP team led by Gabrielle Fortunato and Trevor Lui hosted a station of generosity training for key Christian workers related to AfCAA whereby 33 active participants were served.

Dr Comlan Prosper Deh, AfCAA Regional Representative for Francophone Africa and Former Founding AfCAA Board Member represented AfCAA at the GTP conference held in Togo in March 2023.

Dr Deh shared a summary of the AfCAA story and the AfCAA standards with 31 participants.

Dr Lucy Mugenyi, AfCAA Member Services Manager, represented AfCAA in the Global Trust Partners (GTP), English, Portuguese, and Spanish-speaking Africa (EPSA) Regional Event that was held in Lusaka, Zambia from March 14th to March 16th 2023.

Lucy shared the Importance of Biblical Standards that are vital for the growth of organizations and elaborated on the need for the adoption of AfCAA standards for the ministry’s growth and sustainability. The value added by AfCAA is greatly achieved through its Advisory Services (Training, Capacity Building, Consultancy), Accreditation and Advocacy.

Many participants expressed a willingness to work with AfCAA on becoming accredited members.

AfCAA encourages all Christian Institutions to contact us for further information on the Accreditation process, Training and capacity building for their ministry workers and any other support as may be required.
