Winnie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Political Science from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, and is currently pursuing a MSc. In Organizational Development form the United States International University (USIU) and MSc. in Governance from the International Leadership University (ILU).
Winnie is an organizational development and governance professional with over 18 years’ experience in Leadership and management, training and development, organizational performance, culture coaching and governance.
Winnie is experienced in developing sustainable organizational culture, strategies, performance management, change management, recruitment & selection, and governance programs. She is engaged in Governance leadership serving on several boards across diverse industries including chairing board sub-committees.
Winnie is a motivator, trainer, executive and speech coach and entrepreneur, and has been actively involved in peace building in the Great Lakes region building the capacity of the Church to engage in conflict resolution. She has successfully managed donor requirements while ensuring that organizational objectives are met. She has also been involved in building the capacity of micro and small enterprises in developing strategies for growth to help alleviate poverty. Winnie is a Founder Member of AfCAA.
